Today, after not being able to treat a young man fast enough he died in front of me, as i told him to stay here and dont go..... He looked at me a took his last breadth. At that moment I went into the back room, curled up cried like a baby.... Though death is all around me here, this is the first time where I curl up and cry... I realize that I must get it together if not only more will die, more will suffer, and each passing moment being precious.

Dominique, I admire your courage. Once you get back make sure to take some time and find a way to reflect and work through what you saw. Don;t underestimate the emotional toll of not being able to help everyone.
